Bakery partnered with a coffee shop - serving Gluten Free, Vegan, Paleo, Keto Products. Purely Sweet Bakery is passionate about making quality fine pastries and healthy treats for our customers. PSB specializes in Clean Eating (less processed), GF, Vegan, Raw/Organic (as much as we can), Paleo, and Keto - utilizing local ingredients, when available. We will often substitute refined white sugars with coconut sugars, sucanat, raw turbinado sugars, date sugars, stevia, agave and raw, local honey. Development is under way for diabetic options utilizing stevia. We strive to avoid as many processed chemical laden ingredients in our baked goods. Come taste the difference!

my girlfriend ordered a birthday cake and it exceeded our expectations by far. She is gluten and dairy free, and as someone who is not, i'm always hesitant about the food she eats. HOWEVER, this cake was absolutely incredible. She absolutely loved it as well, and we will definetly be ordering again in the future.

Purely Sweet catered my vegan wedding and did such a phenomenal job! Multiple people raved about the cupcakes to me and the actual wedding cake was so gorgeous that I didn't want to cut it. Also, I highly recommend the strawberry cake. I usually pick chocolate over everything, but their strawberry cakes and cupcakes were total standouts. If you need a wedding baker, look no further than Purely Sweet!

I’m not from Beavercreek but whenever I come to visit my boyfriend I always insist on coming here at least 3 times. I have never found another bakery so accommodating to dietary needs, yet still tasting so delicious. The cinnamon rolls and sourdough loaf are incredible!!! Whenever we go in, I can never just pick one treat and end up buying practically the whole store. 10/10 and will definitely be ordering online delivery soon!!

We had such a wonderful experience with Purely Sweet Bakery for our daughter’s wedding this past weekend. The wedding cake was the exact vision we had and tasted amazing. And the owner was quick to help out a panicked mother of the bride with a very last minute donut emergency! Fantastic customer service and overall amazing experience!

CELIAC SAFE!! This is a dedicated gluten free bakery, which means so much to me as someone who has celiac. I felt 100% comfortable eating here. The treats were delicious! And I am from out of town, so I bought some extras to take home. I was impressed with the number of options available for someone like me. My mom is also vegan, so this was somewhere we could easily eat together. We shared a peanut butter chocolate donut, a birthday cake donut, and a blueberry donut. They were all delicious and surprisingly moist. I look forward to tasting the cinnamon roll, berry muffin, and peanut butter cookies. Staff was nice, facility was clean, coffee was great, food was filling, absolutely loved our experience here! We will come back if ever in Dayton again.
